Quilting 101
You will learn the basics of quilting. From piecing, to quilting, then binding, you’ll get a taste of what it takes to make a full blown quilt...but we will be making a mini version to start! You can turn your new mini quilt into a wall hanging or table topper.

| Skill Details: | Some skills required. Quilting 101 is beginner friendly, but you must know how to thread your machine, wind a bobbin, and generally understand how to use the machine. It is also helpful if you have a few small projects under your belt to get repetition in using the machine. In quilting, the seam allowance is a very important, so being able to sew a straight line is very helpful! |

| Requirements: | Must have taken beginner sewing or have equivalent level of experience. Must know how to thread machine and wind bobbins. If your machine has collected some dust in the closet, you may want to consider dusting it off and do a bag-making refresher with our beginner class :) |
