It's Sew Summer - Intermediate 8+
If your child is ready to take on more challenging sewing projects, this is the camp for them. In two days (4 hours per day) we will follow a pattern to make a mini backpack from scratch! The Violet Backpack is an intermediate pattern and will be an exciting challenge. It involves following instructions, quilting, sewing with zippers, curved seams, and adjustable straps. We will spend 4 hours (with a lunch break of course) working our way through this pattern together. This camp is only 2 days, but we are going to pack a lot into those 2 days!
Please note: This class is not suitable for a beginner. Students must know how to thread a sewing machine, follow instructions, and be able to focus for the longer class time.
Please have students bring a drink (with a lid please!), and a lunch.
***If your child has an allergy or anything else we should know, please let us know in advance of the camp.
Cancellation policy:
- Reschedule at least a month prior and no fee incurred (based on availability, contact us ASAP!).
- Cancel up to one month prior to the camp will receive 95% refund.
- Cancel between one month and two weeks prior to camp and receive 50% refund.
*No refund of fees for cancellation within two weeks (no exceptions)
